We are also thankful that you helped coordinate all the necessary purchase details we needed to do from Canada. Real estate transactions are done differently in the United States from those in Canada and there are extra hurdles to go through being a non-resident. When you think about it, it is just amazing that we closed our deal without coming back to Florida in between the offer to purchase and closing.
